RooWards credits rewards daily, weekly and monthly based on how much you wager. Since Roobet doesn't publish a rate, the only way to know what it is worth to you is to track it.

Note your total wagered and the RooWards you collect over a month. Then compare the rewards with your expected loss. For example, if you wagered $3,000 on slots averaging a 4% edge, your expected loss was $120. If RooWards paid $6 over that month, that works out to 5% of the edge.
